Holding a % of production is a good hedge for increasing prices. Even delaying selling a portion of that quarter's production could prove beneficial?

Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd is a Canada-based great gold producer

The company operates in one segment consisting of a mining and milling
operation.
The principal product from the mining operations of the company
is the sale of gold dore bars" and I suggest to stack keep and
sell less gold -

Ex....Balance sheet....
KL had a healthy balance sheet at the end of 2018 so if
KL held back inventories to sell at a later date they
are in a position to do so.
In q4 production was about 231000 ozs divided by 90 days
= 2566 ozs/day.
Feb. 20 gold was 1343 and now sits at 1284 for a differential
of $59 so if they held back 20 days of production
that would be 51320 oz to be sold later at a higher price.
That would be the purpose of the gold room
