These things only matter if you are obsessed with the price of the stock today or tomorrow.

If you are a long term investor, then all of that is irrelevant because the big picture is, CVSI has a massively bright future ahead of it.

Chillin: IMO, you should just chill. Have you been paying attention to CVSI's style? They don't PR fluff!

Dowling and Tomc probably make between them, 40 presentations a year. You want a PR on each? Dowling talked about CVSI and how it is well-positioned to capitalize on the burgeoning CBD market. Etc. Nothing new.

Motion to dismiss PR? Why? It could drag on for months, like the patent application. We heard about it anyway. No need to PR.

Up to earnings PR? As you kidding me. Earnings release in 6 days is THE NEWS. Not the 6 days up to that. This is not the "twelves days to CVSI earnings, my true love said to me."

Who knows what the Gottleib resignation means? Are you kidding? No one knows. CVSI has wisely kept out of the way of FDA and look where they are: on the cusp of a $50 MM year.

I've met all the important people at CVSI. They smart, strategic, workaholics and totally invested in company growth. And they have a lot to gain and lose. I trust them. I don't armchair quarterback a CEO whose company was 0.30 one year ago, and which has stabilized around $4.50. The market knows the day traders will drop this thing down because they couldn't make 0.50/share on their 2000 shares.

I'm happy to wait six more days. I've waited 3 years so I can do. Take a couple of gummies and some single malt and wait it out. GLTY and CVSI investors.

We'll have a PR on March 12.

--no company or ir firm story and link to dowlings expo presentation...fail

Who cares. Dowling and Tomc are out there all the time talking to the industry. Every LONG here knows that by now.

--no pr on the company's long awaited motion to dismiss that is the company's defense to the fake lawsuit....fail

The plaintiff has to respond. Why bring more attention to a NOTHING BURGER case. YOU FAIL.

--nothing from the ir firm or company itself in lead up to earnings...fail

Yes there was PR. Earnings will be announced next week, but you didn't knoww that right. NO patience, SELL everything, period. YOU fail again.

--No news from company on what goetliebs resignation means...fail

Who gives a S&H%T. CVSI has the highest quality CBD products in the industry. CVSI performance (So far) has been prior to CBD becoming legal. Q4 & FY2018 and Q1'19 will be too. Another fail on your part.

These subjects aren't fluff pieces, they are materially relevant...fail
