I doubt. The statements in the article make it seemed that the judge wasnt going to take this lightly. I'm just reading into it.

But if you have multiple charges as listed, ai highly doubt it's only $20 mill. I will see it between $50 - 100 mill. Which would yield $.06 - .12 pps.maybe higher with momentum.
