I believe the OS count is irrelevant as it is related to this merger. Once the merger actually takes place, the signed paperwork is submitted; Bigfoot will run. I may stick around long enough for the ticker to change, depends on whether I’ll be savvy enough to flip at the right time and accumulate some free shares. I am so burned out on this ticker that I can’t wait to get out.

Ultimately, the new company does not matter to me. Unless they have some serious tech or AI tech they have acquired or developed for their trucking business, I’ll have moved on.

The recapitalization will be about 20 to one, with loadchief getting about 95% of the equity.

My bet is that they will do a Reverse split of 1 for 1,000 and give themselves 80M post split shares and leave 4M for the existing shareholders. But that may prove to be pretty optimistic because the existing company has nothing but negative equity.
