A reverse split would be a disaster...however, I don't see how they're going to pay for a share buyback without diverting money from much needed projects.
Q1 will be over in 25 days. I'll be curious to see how much revenue they've generated and how much funding they have raised from outside sources. Regarding the latter, I don't yet see how that happens unless they're given a substantial equity stake in the company. Doing so does nothing to bring the share structure back in line.
