I waited well over half a year after my first complaint before I filed my second one. There's no reason to rush a third complaint. Kevin could see the trouble he's in already with the SEC. He might want to avoid any further trouble from the SEC by filing the 10-K for 2016 and the 8-K that shows the transfer of a majority of our voting stock from Bitzio to Viridis. I would certainly consider that a good-faith gesture. The SEC might agree with me.
