You may have gotten tossed into a batch that was on the bid and it filled.

I'm pretty sure sometimes orders that come in after mine are placed ahead. Large orders, like Tuts/VCs have priority over retail, because MMs make more on large orders and don't get large orders unless they perform for the large investors.
