So "who" is the alleged "third party" that "gave" barry 175,000 shares of PRED that he "must disclose" when pimping it in his underwear or while showing his kitchen floor? Even, going so far to assume the shares where .50 at the time does not come close to explaining such a transaction. WTF is up with this? Nothing about this adds up in the least.
