A condescending attitude will always get ya far! So I went to college and the good professors, when I asked how to solve a problem would want me to write down my answer and "show them" how I came up with the answer (even if my answer was wrong)...so they understood what I was having an issue with, so they could HELP Me to get to the right answer. Food for thought.
So instead of asking out of the blue questions, why don't you nicely tell us what you think? Where did the volume go?
