Illogical. They were getting free advertisment of their company and their stock without spending a dime. I personally got at least 30+ people to check into this stock... The day before the RS filing. Makes me look bad... But it makes management look even worse.

Nothing but silence from the company since the SOS filing. It killed any momentum and any investor confidence that had been building. Im still holding because the company's current portfolio and future business plans look good. And share structure is the best around.

The silver lining is how screwed we get by the RS. Anything under 1:15 is survivable. With the right news. A 1:5 or 1:10 gives us a lot of room to profit.
