I do not know what cinemax saw/sees in Tmm, but i can tell you they saw/see somthing. It is after the real world we live in and no one gives something for nothing. It is obvious there is some asset or presived asset that cinemax wanted/wants. I can also tell you this that no revers merger can occure untill there are proper books filed with the SEC. So fan will have to or has straightned the books for this reverse merger. That is if it happens, i am still waiting to see which way this goes. Remember the last word was that it would happen before the end of the year and that is approching fastly.

ttgp...IMO the only thing I think they see is an opportunity to perpetuate the ongoing scam.I personally don't believe there "IS" a Cinemax or an OBION.
Besides....how long do you think they could run with the name "Cinemax"? seeing that there is already a trademark brandname network named Cinemax?

I've been led to think that QBID being a publicly held Corp. will make it faster/cheaper/easier to take Cinemax public. As someone else said, there must be SOME value to Cinemax/Obion, because they seem to want it.
