Yep SooS416! I personally believe that VYST was basing their planned 250M buyback on the approx. .01 cent share price VYST was trading at at the time of announcement...so I'm definitely not expecting a 250M buyback now...but we will definitely see at least 50M shares repurchased...and I won't be surprised to see at least 100M shares repurchased because the Rotman's aren't typical OTC broke azzes...they've been generating approx. $7M in per annum net profits for years...and the drive by detractors remain totally oblivious to how many savvy and wealthy executives already make up VYST's investor insider roster too!
And since we know 1 of the main goals/objectives of VYST's mgmt., their directors and wealthy investor insiders is to use the official Rotman's acquisition to leverage VYST onto the Nasdaq...logic strongly suggests that they're going to be doing whatever steps necessary to completely ensure that they attain their collective goal/objective of up listing onto the NAZ!
This has been a plan 15 full months in the making already...and the fact that VYST has now eliminated/extinguished approx. $4M worth of aged convertible debt off of the VYST balance sheet while simultaneously growing VYST's asset base from approx. $200K to just under $3M now...prior to inserting Rotman's incredible asset base, $35M per annum revenue run rate and 20% positive net income onto VYST's fully audited balance sheet...should provide folks with a tiny clue that the collective of executives behind the VYST scenes these days isn't gonna be side tracked by anything, including the clowns at EMA who are about to learn the hard way what kind of whoop ass they just opened up with VYST and how karma eventually catches up to everyone!
