Vivacit is just a brand name it doesn't denote exclusivity to vitamin-E PE liners. Now we know ZB holds exclusive rights to market Vitamin-E PE liners. Sintx tested against ZB provided liner. As ive said in the past you dont help your competition develop a product unless you have an interest in the results. Sharing IP like this is the epitome of a strategic partnership. Of course Sintx will not be able to commercialize without ZB. Just like ZB can't afford for any other company to bring Si3N4 hip/knee to market.
