Perhaps, but don’t forget Intel is a billion dollar corporation for many years. They might have lost this patent infringement case, but they have “options” to work with in this situation and a better legal team representation. I wouldn’t be surprised if they decided to buy the company and patent off to save a lot of time and headaches.
