#8297 RE: InTheTrenches #8293

InTheTrenches, whenever I read a research article or potential avenue for a new alzheimer's discovery...I take the key terms or mechanisms or processes, etc and then google the term with bryostatin. I do this every day. It took 15 seconds to find research articles with autophagy or proteostatis or protein homeostatis and bryostatin. It's actually one of the easier ways to learn about the science here. Most of the times when doing so you'll realize bryostatin has already been there done that.

For all the articles I've posted and read and will continue to do so, at this point we are dealing with actual humans in trials and what's important will be known in a few months so I think maybe here we are getting a little past getting excited over In vivo or vitro studies unless they are on a newer indication for the drug.
