Again, your words not mine. I would call it a gamble not a scam.

A gamble on people, product(s), patents, etc.

The more you know about all the above the better off you are when placing your bets.

As noted in my previous post, Mallinckrodt is struggling to find some redemption in its gamble/purchase of Sucampo / Vtesse.

MNK has a market cap / enterprise value in the billions and yet is trading at huge discount to its book value.

CTDH in its last Q (prior to last capital raise) had a book value of ~ .002.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to wrap your head around the math. I'm not saying that if you own it you're gonna lose... BUT, imo, I would liken buying the stock at current price and in light of MNK's disappointing results to going all in on a pair of deuces.

Oh, and remember you were talking about a buyout of CTDH at $2.00. Sure, if a buyout happens the stock could rocket up to $2 bucks in a heart beat. BUT, what kind of downdraft do you anticipate on a negative outlook???

I just too a gamble on some CMRX at $1.90 -- they have ~ $3.65 per share in cash.
