When you can see an anxious seller out there by bouncing around their 33,495 share trade, then why pay the ASK. Put in a buy on the BID and the anxious seller will take the loss while you get the bargain priced shares. The level 2 trading on the uplist is very helpful at identifying the anxious sellers. JMHO

Hock S. Tan, PhD, is the founder/principal of Bionex Pharmaceuticals LLC. Dr. Tan has 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development, with expertise in drug delivery systems.
