Forbearance on the notes and new business direction is needed. I do not remember reading repayment penalties attached so funds could be used 2 pay off convertibles. Preferred or even restricted as a type of forbearance also. Do not give up yet, these turkeys usually load the dumps to get maximum returns. Very much has a run or two in it, just the notes are like a faucet. Need it to stop or have counter balance like PRs etc to stem the flow.
