Have you seen the contract for the acquisition? I think it was the George Town landfill site last year theyvPR-ed to have purchased a share in and copies of the land deeds were promised and they never appeared. Heavy duty machinery was PR-ed to be on its way to the site to erect greenhouses for the growing of MMJ -which they PR-ed they didn’t need a growing license for in Canada- and it never appeared. A number of shares said to be held in escrow for the iBliss deal have never been returned when that fell through. Best one was a $400k upfront payment said to have been received from GR was said to have been returned.. just before the financials were due out for that quarter. And do you know the company doesn’t even have a business bank account?? As per there own PR.
