If this is a scam, you would not have seen this rose up to .12 for the 2nd time in the past two months. If this is a scam, maxim group would not be holding 49%. PPS roses in this one has absolutely nothing to do with the company revenue and liability. ETF and maxim are the only reason for the PPS rising. You shorts are feeling the burnt.
