funman - sounds like you are singing a different tune today? Delisting is huge. I doubt USAT can get more then the 15 day administrative extension to plead their case. Delisting will force some investment and pension funds out of the stock. Additionally, delisting might make the stock un marginable and force additional selling. In any case look for downgrades by the investment community.
fun - of course USAT is having trouble getting an auditor. Its not about money. The previous auditors, one of the largest in the country left because they could not trust the information being provided by the company. No one wants to enter that minefield. Given the expenses associated with the new auditor and the lawsuits the company will eventually be forced to file for bankruptcy.
