It will take years. I was involved in another penny stock that had great potential I thought, but the CEO was dishonest as the day is long. The SEC charged him but it took three years to have a trial, convict him, and ultimately fine him 1.8 million dollars and bar him forever from being involved in penny stocks. Hard lesson learned.
