There does not appear to be enough time to issue a PP. as Landmark and others mentioned which leads to a conclusion rhat most would agree that, either:

1.) financing is around the corner
2.) Mark exercises any remaining stock options

Or

3.) a bridge loan by Mark or snother entity

I prefer to see the first option but will accept the 2nd or 3rd
