You bet. aapl, et al create tons of problems for themselves by not playing by the rules. aapl/QCOM should buy or partner with VPLM and hold it over the other's head. Maybe it will happen!
This has nothing to do with VPLM. Qualcomm is a real and viable company with real revenues and real and applicable patents. VPLM has proven to be none of this.
