Doubt it.

NIO's earnings report is out on Wednesday morning.

Stocks don't trade up over 10% two days ahead of an earnings report unless it's on insider knowledge, and that's illegal. In addition, options would be the preferred way to trade on insider information, and that would have little or no affect on stock price.
