If lawsuits are a key reason for slowing the uplisting, does anyone really think Dowling would allow a rookie to be the lead on that very important issue? No way. This is how law and medicine work: the younger folks or interns/residents, do the bulk of the work under the aegis of more experienced lawyers/partners or fellows/attending physicians. I'm pretty sure that it's all under control.
And I'm sure that the billing rate for the younger lawyers is at the partner billing rate!
People, stop freaking out and acting like the line in the Don Henley song, "lawyers dwell on small details."
The big picture is monstrous!
