That's my point. The other BK companies all indicated in PR's prior to releasing their POR, that shareholders were probably going to be wiped. That is NOT the case here. Indications from PR's here have pointed to shareholders staying intact.

Which stakeholders was Lampert taking about? Old Sears or new Sears or maybe all stakeholders involved with this BK? Better yet, post the link from which you extracted this quote and let me decide for myself.
