It would be interesting to look at the authorized versus issued numbers since 2015 along with the reason for any issues along the way. I don’t think your immediate skepticism is warranted, just my opinion.
Reaching out and asking some questions seems in good order at this point. And for the record, I could line with a little dilution now if it meant getting a large or institutional investor to the table. My guts tell me that the additional Authorized will be used for accretive strategic opportunities in the future, maybe as soon as H2 19.
And for another fun exercise, go look up same for the likes of Apple, Microsoft, Intel, Google, Facebook etc etc etc, you will find the same and worse in the early days of equity financing in those Alphacorns.
