ACORDY INVEST S.A. ANNOUNCES PLAN OF REORGANIZATION AND SHAREHOLDER MEETING
Acordy Invest, S.A., a private investment company headquartered in Malaga, Spain, is announcing that it is scheduling a shareholder meeting to discuss the company's future plans and market strategies. The shareholder meeting is to be held on 1 July 2017 at Lausanne, Switzerland and more information will be forthcoming shortly. In addition Acordy is completing plan of reorganization whereby the company plans to merge with a company currently trading in an active stock market venue before the end of 2017. Francis G. Baez, Acordy's CEO stated: "we're currently engaged in a private placement offering with existing Acordy shareholders with a view to prepare the company to enter the public markets. From the outset all shares will be electronically registered, cataloged and transferable and that will be a significant benefit to our shareholders".
