If this 7 million float is correct and this stock is trading 9 and 6 million shares a day, then where are all the shares being moved around in the market coming from??? Didn't the IR person buy 5 million herself?

That float isn't updated on OTC markets (see the date) - it's always safe to assume that the unrestricted shares are the float, so the float is around 54M, still very, very low, especially in light of the fact that R. Santilli owns 25% of the OS and there was a recent filing for 5.5% of the OS being owned by the former PR person for TNRG.
