The banks have clearly given KPAY these specific dates so I am going on what the PR says not on anything else and Wahana has clearly expressed their support for KPAY "We remain confident and committed to subscription arrangement with and our belief in the potential of KinerjaPay. We understood that KinerjaPay's Executive Officers are expediting our investment by providing the U.S. Banks with all supporting documents in order to accommodate our investment as quick as possible, and we are here to fully-support KinerjaPay until it is done.".
They had already met with banks and provided all necessary documents 2 weeks prior to this 30th January announcement.
