I think you got it backwards. The report came out on Nov 7, so JD was probably talking about October and beginning of November which are part of Q4.
For instance, we are waiting for a new record breaking quarterly report in 2 weeks, but it is coming out 2 1/2 months into Q1'19. I'll be paying a lot of attention to any tells about the NEXT Q1'19 report in mid May.
