I'm the one that removed his post for advertising of another stock. I removed it because it is a violation of the terms of service. You cannot advertise other stocks on this board, or any board for that matter.
Where I screwed up pretty badly is that when I went to remove LC's comment, my cell phone does not show the very top option of "Personal Attack" I thought it was showing me the entire menu of options available to me to remove a posting, and personal attack was not on there. however this morning I actually tried to scroll up and the top option of personal attack was there, so I selected it and had his post removed.
For that mistake I will take the full responsibility. My apologies. The posting that I had removed for advertising of another stock has been relisted. I cannot take it down again. Once something has been relisted, it cannot be removed for a second time, so that's why that one will not be taken down again and it's going to be forced to stand, even though it is a violation of the terms of service that we are supposed to follow. So going forward now that I realized a limitation of my cell phone, I should be able to keep on top of messages containing "Personal Attacks" better.
My apologies for the commotion that I have caused.
