You got to find a broker that will clear the shares. Most now are overseas now that Alpine doesn't do them. IT will be easier if CPWY hits .15 a share for some reason brokers are willing to clear shares once a stock price hits that mark. How many shares are you looking to clear? There will be cost to get a lawyer.
You need to somehow get the company to remove the restriction and they must then direct the TA to issue you free trading stock that will then need to be deposited into a brokerage account.
Did you by some small chance have any sort of signed, written agrement with the company when the restricted shares were bought?
