April is 1 month away and June is 2 months after that. Not a long period of time. If I gotta wait that long for 20+ pps I will happily do it : )

I love it! simply brilliant!

In regards to Google..im still trying to figure out what is going on with the STAY..i have heard that NLST could ask for the court to remove it now..WHY HAVENT THEY?? .I can see why google would wait to the last possible hour to appeal..and stretch this out as long as possible

In regards to SK Hynix ..i just dont think they can take a chanceon an American judge letting a foreign company get away will stealing IP worth billions of dollars..

I do think we will get a deal with a smaller company to create some momo before these cases finalize..

I love your DD!

thx and have a great weekend!

I should’ve included the risk in this post. Although I believe longterm there is incredible value in NLST, short term i think the PPS will decline.

On 9-14-18 Netlist did an offering of 22.22MM shares at $0.45 (http://www.netlist.com/investors/financial-news/press-release-details/2018/Netlist-Announces-Pricing-Of-10-Million-Registered-Offering/default.aspx). Under SEC rule 144 these shares are restricted for 6 months which means they can be sold into the market by investors anytime after March 14th.

IMO these shares were purchased as a longterm investment, but if we are trading around $0.60 these institutional investors would be stupid not to lock in a 33% gain by selling some.

Before anybody says/asks why would they with coming settlements, the answer is risk. To OTC traders risk is nothing, to a $10,000,000 institutional investor risk is everything. 33% gains are huge.
