NOLs cannot be purchase, sell, or transfer like traditional asset. NOL are down play as a loopholes in tax when corp file chapter 11. Eddie purchase old sears. Nols is with old sears. NOL survives with old sears. Eddie is the one biggest shareholder of old sears so i guy he is the one that survive.
