Here is what the IR told someone on-Wed.and he posted it, I copied and pasted it below. Lots of companies do this it's no big deal, actually very common...

The Registered Agent uses that address to allow a foreign corporation a local address to have a business in the State. The address is not to the actual company, it is a Segway to being able to be an active WY business
