IMO I think we see acquisition finalized next week. The LOI news was just a teaser to get people scrambling and either invoke an initial run or get a major short squeeze set up. Only logical explanation to me after giving us a tweet about news a week in advance and then have it be a measly LOI PR. Much bigger things to come here!
