Why pay more for less amigo!? Commons offer less security (no Contract Rights), no seat at the table (Prefs are running the lawsuits and negotiations), high risk of massive dilution, no legal case challenging Warrants (passed statute of limitations), and no Voting Rights.

Only maniacal gamblers would "invest" in Commons at this time. Hence their current price.
