if you are going to search the delaware site, look for seven digit file numbers beginning with "7".

everyone of those i have looked at were set up within the past month.

the "TF" certainly seems to indicate transform holdco

Dude... it was in the docket that all Sears and affiliates would be turned into LLCs thanks for proving my point

A link was posted this weekend to an interesting article about ESL and Sears on Business Wire, a presumably reliable source.

The term "new Sears" is used 6 times in this article. I am wondering if you know the origin of this term? Has this term been used in any of the court documents (that you know of) up to this time? Has Eddie used this term previously, that you know off? Or is this a term that has been coined in the press?

Just curious as I think this term just adds to the confusion on this message board.
