Hi Free_Man_N_Paris. I wanted to reach out and provide some additional clarity... those 4.5M shares were paid in 2016 and 2017 for 100% of the Investor Relations fees for both years. The disclaimer oat the bottom of the press release is mandatory, but does not indicate the years in which it was paid. Also important to note that we did not have any dollar expenses for 2016 and 2017 for IR services.
