Let me repeat myself one more time.
I guess that you didn't read my post about subject of job openings.
I talked to Stephanie a couple of weeks ago and asked about them.
Her answer was that they are not replacement openings but new jobs.

I'm sure this answer doesn't fit into your story but it is a fact.
