Yes I agree msu, patience. The deal could already be closed for all we know. Closing the deal & putting out a PR about the deal closure are two completely different things.
I think people forget that this company is working every day. They have teams & they are making progress on this daily whether or not they are communicating that to shareholders, which in my mind they absolutely are. There are plenty of PRs, filings, tweets, officers of each entity to research if you wan to know more. etc etc etc.
