Took awhile, but correct on #1, however if this were really a scheme, it seems VPLM would have filed in West Texas! They didn't... Oh, I know, Emil wasn't smart enough! Smart enough, however, to go an unprecedented 8 Wins, ZERO losses at PTAB.
The court, patent prosecution process is very slow, it takes sometime(just ask VirnetX, VHC). Step by step, VPLM is proceeding.
Some are going to love this: I'm waiting on some confirmation which will take a few days, but I believe VPLM received some very, very good news recently!
