Can I assume that your Fair Value Estimate of $6.50 included the 2,994,697 shs of MRMD? If so, at what price did you figure your MRMD share price?

I was really surprised by your statement that, even if if we won the appeal to Caspar's decision limiting the time, that time wouldn't be added going forward. I really wish I could remember who wrote about it or the name of the post but I was certain that a discussion was had about that very topic and the conclusion was that it would be added. If anyone else remembers that, please chime in.
But in the meantime, thanks again for this great clarification - disappointing tho it be. Not too disappointing though given, as Capt. points out, a 25 bagger isn't too bad. ;)
