Stop !! Read the 10 q It's says we started to recognize revenue in dec 2018.
Know what you are saying and telling investors

The reason for the delay was the agreement of 200 million shares
Plus additional 250 million if revenue hits 30 million a year . Now biz
Is able to hit 30 million in rev with the whole company .
Biz wants that 250 mil shares . Sgmd wants this deal to get done for
Share holder . Since it's a trust issue between investors .
But yet the nay sayers are still here working the short side or trying to get
More shares .
2 1/2 months to go .
We will get plenty of updates to issue
Investor . It's a lawsuit to saying rev has started being
Recognized . I'm sure jimmy don't want that . Sgmd has not had
Lawsuit in years . I think it's was 2015 .

Btw Sgmd is in Cali you can visit them. not one person here said I visit
Sgmd and I see nothing happening . The new location is for hydroponics
