That's false. At what rate is the IDMC happy with?? 10 percent, 20 percent, 30 percent, everyone cured??? And BTW the IDMC doesnt HALT anything. They make suggestions. The FDA would halt for superior efficacy or because it doesnt work. Also there is alot of information to pool together. Do you really think the fda/idmc(who arent the same btw) is standing by Cel-scis' door with all the tabulations(btw that aren't completely tabulated because its blinded) waiting to approve or halt?????? You make no sense. The IDMC is a small group of what's supposed to be people in the field of superior expertise. So these guys have their own jobs, but at a specified time they get together and do a review of all the information available. They do this a couple times a year. Do you think the FDA is putting all their other 'chores' on hold whilst this going on 10 year trial finishes up?????????????????????????
Superior efficacy can only be known with time, or a bunch of cured people which can only be found out with time. Hopefully Cel Sci got the patients with their arm that take care of their body and mind during the process and arent the ones who lack nutrition(hopefully some of them eat right), genetics, hope or other issues(ie drug use etc) The possibility of death just like life changes people. Multikine could work and still fail due to the kind of people given the drug which sucks

The study data does not appear as "signal" until about now. They wouldn't be able to know, unless there was something totally over the top miraculous, and brought to their attention in some form other than over all statistics.

Have you given any thought that the prior date of Dec 2017 has passed and they needed to put a new date in there? This is administrative in my opinion as of now.

If they had put a date of Dec 2019, would that make you happy?

Some folks are suggesting this means a even greater SOC because of this?
