Basically there are PLENTY of shares to issue if they need to. So the notion that they need the RS to raise more capital seems inaccurate.

The RS will reduce count from ~150,000,000 to say 1-2M shares. Optics are better, but if all things remain the same, the RS is a non-event IMO.

Essentially, regardless of the share count, with or without a RS, any deals they do to raise money is going to dilute big time. It's the dilution that's the killer.

IMO, they just raised money. There is NO need to do it again anytime soon. This whole drop recently seems suspicious.

I'm holding .5M shares currently. In for a penny, in for a pound :) I can afford it.
