That is incorrect and a horrible mistake.

What the original stated was that there would be no hardship in the CCAA proceedings that would not have occurred if the company did not file for CCAA. For the common shareholders, they were getting NOTHING before the CCAA, and are getting nothing afterwards.

Thus, no hardship. Zero=Zero.

Common shares will be cancelled, and anyone holding the common shares will lose 100% of their investment.

If shares were indeed safe why would there be a crane be involved? Why would anyone be wondering if shares were safe why would anyone sell ? Or why wouldn’t this be trading at 1$ ?? You see if shares were indeed safe this would be trading normally and at higher prices .. are you saying it’s only worth 1 penny ?
