We can blame WW/company on many things, but RS isn't one of them. RS was an inevitable action, without it we would't have any kind of decent company here today. Without RS we could never have 'any kind of' funding to build our business, as WW stated at some point. It fixed our share structure, so it was a good thing for the company, bad thing to pps. (Reducing the AS is also what we need here.. But it's coming, snail is moving.. )
Time diversification is a key word when investing.. But of course you already knew that.
